Returns are processed in 10-14 business days and refunds can be expected 5-7 business days after processing.
Remember to include the order number and product details of what is being returned from the order/s.
Please note: we do not offer free returns, you must use and pay a shipping company of your choice to return your item(s). We are unable to offer exchanges for any items returned via post.
Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept any returns of worn socks.
Items are your responsibility once delivered until the return reaches our warehouse. Please take good care of them!
Make sure your parcel is packed securely and cannot be damaged on its way back, it’s your responsibility to return the item in the same condition it was delivered to you in.
We strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage. Any returned lost items without a receipt will not be refunded.
Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order. Shipping costs are not refunded.
Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you have not received this notification, your return has not reached us.
Your rights under the returns policy are in addition to the cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
